About Malibu Succulent Nursery

We’re a small, family-run succulent nursery growing out of Malibu, California.

Malibu Succulent Nursery started with a simple idea - grow the toughest, most colorful succulents that actually survive for real people. Not greenhouse-stretched plants, but sun-grown, thick-stemmed plants that love neglect.

We specialize in the 3 succulents we know best:

Sedum rubrotinctum Jelly Bean - The bean that turns bright red in sun.
Drosanthemum Rosea Ice Plant - The fuchsia-flowering groundcover that thrives in heat.
Portulacaria afra Elephant Bush - The mini jade tree that’s perfect for bonsai.

Everything is grown right here at 30765 Pacific Coast Highway #201, Malibu, CA 90265. We grow them outdoors in coastal sun so they come to you with tighter growth, stronger roots, and better color than big-box stores.

Why our 2.5" pots and 12-packs?
The 2.5" size is the sweet spot - big enough to be fully rooted and established, small enough to ship affordably. Our 12-packs were made for bonsai makers, wedding favors, Etsy sellers, and anyone who wants to fill a garden without spending a fortune.

No imports. No unrooted cuttings. Just California-grown plants from our nursery to your door.
